PANO – The Tank and Armoured Officer Training School, under the Tank-Armoured Corps, and the Military Hospital 103 of the Military Medical Academy, held a blood donation festival at the School on June 16th.

During the campaign, more than 300 cadres, employees and troops at the Tank and Armoured School registered to donate their blood, and after blood tests, nearly 300 blood units were donated.
It is an event in response to slogans, “Donate blood to save people” and “Give a drop of blood, save a life”, to show soldiers’ concerns to the community.
Over the recent years, the School has usually annually worked with local medical facilities and the Military Medical Academy to promote blood donation for patients in need. Especially, blood donors are not only troops but also lecturers and high-ranking officers.
