At the school’s inauguration ceremony.
The school was built for VND28.8 billion (US$1.3 million) sourced from the Masan Group, Techcombank and the local budget. It includes 14 classrooms and 32 additional facilities on an area of 34,000 sq.m.
It is located in Minh Thuan commune, in the buffer zone of the U Minh Thuong National Park where many Party and State leaders took refuge during the two Resistance wars and is one of the constructions built to show the community’s gratitude for the revolution.
In the 2012-2013 school year, the school expects to accommodate over 1,100 students from the locality and neighbouring districts.
