PANO – A working delegation from the General Department of Techniques, led by Lieutenant-General Nguyen Chau Thanh, Director of the General Department, has recently inspected technical works in Military Zone 9 and its subordinated units.
Between 2007 and 2012, the technical sector of the Zone fulfilled its tasks in maintaining weapons and relevant equipment, promoting training courses for officers, and accelerating research in science and military technology information.
The delegation highly appreciated scientific success of the Military Zone 9’s technical sector over past 5 years to fulfill its mission, making contributions to heightening the Zone’s combat readiness training quality.
Besides, the delegation recommended some short and long-term measures to the Defence Ministry to effectively promote the unit’s technical work in the upcoming time.
