Military Zone 4 hands over martyrs’ sets of remains to localities

PANO – The Military Zone 4’s High Command handed over 4 sets of remains of martyrs to the authorities of Thanh Hoa City and their relatives on July 9 th .

These martyrs were Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who had sacrificed their lives while serving international obligation in Laos and their remains were found and repatriated during the 2011-2012 dry season.

Between July 9th and 18th, the Military Zone 4 plans to hand over other 38 sets of remains of martyrs of Vietnamese soldiers and experts who died in Laos to 15 provinces and cities including Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Hai Duong, Hanoi, Bac Giang and Dien Bien.
