Michelin-star chef Jean Baptiste Natali, who has cooked for the likes of French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, on Jan. 17 will show four or five dishes in each category from appetizers, meat and fish entrees to desserts at the Caravelle Hotel’s Reflections Restaurant. On the same day, Natali will lead a cooking class at the restaurant from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

On the same day, Natali will lead a cooking class at the restaurant from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
On Jan. 18, Natali and master Sommelier Evan Goldstein from San Francisco, the U.S., will set the stage and the table for a night of instruction, fine dining and superb wines at 5:30 p.m. in the Caravelle’s Opera Room where Goldstein will conduct a two-hour master class, featuring 12 vintages from the vineyards of renowned American filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola. After class, the group repairs to Reflections for a six-course dinner cooked by Natali.
