Police today arrested 20-year-old Vo Ba Thanh from the central province of Quang Binh for raping his underage girlfriend during a date four days ago, Nguoi Lao Dong reported.
On the night of January 21, Thanh took T who is barely 18 years old (born in 1994) to a field in Dai Phong Village, Phong Thuy Commune for a chat during the last days of the lunar year.
He later made advances but was rejected by T.
He then raped her.
After being told of the incident, T’s family informed the police.
