Tuan Chau Group has started the construction of a series of luxury villas, Hoang Long Villas, worth VND1.5trillion, along 2km of the coastal line in the south-east of the Tuan Chau Island.
Accordingly, on the area of 14.2 hectares, 251 villas, including 59 detached villas with three storeys and 192 semi-detached villas with four storeys, will be built.
Au Lac Quang Ninh Co. Ltd. is the project holder while Duc Viet Investment Joint-stock Co. is the main contractor.
Hoang Long Villas are expected be completed in March 2013.
