Contemporary choreographers Tan Loc, Ngoc Anh and Ngoc Khai will jointly perform Moc (Wood) at 8 p.m. on April 25 and 26 at the HCMC Opera House.

Sharing a real passion for dancing, the trio have pursued their own careers around the world. Loc studied dancing in Japan and Germany, Anh worked in the U.K and Hong Kong, while Khai has been active in Europe.

In Moc, Loc will introduce Hue accompanied by violin and cello, featuring the image of a Vietnamese girl with a deep-lying but delicate soul. Khai via Ket noi (Connection) focuses on humans, the universe’s center and the most perfect masterpiece of the creator, in a correlative relationship with each other and nature.

Dau chan (Footprint) and Co
huong (Native land) by Anh mark his presence at home as a professional choreographer and dancer.

Dau chan tells the love story of trees and land as the eternal combination creating all living things. Co huong follows a Vietnamese expatriate who is in love with his homeland and people.

Cellist Hong Anh, violinist Tang Thanh Nam and flutist Huyen Ly along with dance group Arabesque join the performance. Those interested in the free show at 7 Lam Son Square in District 1 can contact Ms. Thu Hang, tel. 0904 074 447 , to register for tickets.
