“Little soccer players” football show introduced to Vietnam

CPV: In order to support the foundation for developing children's football in Vietnam, foster young football talents, create an educational and healthy TV playground for children, TJB Vietnam Marketing and Communications Co. Ltd., and VTV3 channel have co-operated to produce “Little soccer players” football show.

The production and broadcasting copyright for the show have been acquired from the Korean FC Network based on its original reality show “Shootdori.” It has been produced and broadcast on KBS Television in the Republic of Korea since 2007 and far exceeded any expected results. Since the show started, more than 500 clubs of children’s football clubs across the country so far.

The Vietnamese show will give participants a chance to play football, receive training from famous coaches, and also meet with comedians during a 22-week period. A select few will also attend outdoor activities designed to build teamwork as well as trips to Ho Chi Minh City and the Republic of Korea.

Vietnamese footballer Nguyen Hong Son will coach potential stars, while comedians Tu Long and Thanh Trung will act as commentators. MC Linh Huong will act as team manager.

Producers will begin looking for six to eight year old young talents this month. The 30-minute show is scheduled to air at 5:30-6:00 pm every Sunday on VTV3, starting this August 28. Sponsors of the program are Lottemart, Lotte Department Store, Lotte Cinema, Lotteria and Lotte Bibica under the Lotte group./.
