The two artists will arrive in Vietnam o­n January 6, 2012. They will talk with fans about Korean history and culture, their acting experience, behind scene stories of “My Princess” and answer questions of the local media.

The Korean stars will also participate in a fund raising ceremony held by the National Fund For Vietnamese Children, where they will auction some items they used in “My Princess” to raise fund for poor children in Vietnam .

“My Princess” will be aired o­n SCTV17 channel as of January 2012.

Kim Tae Hee will fly from Japan to Vietnam o­n January 6, while Song Seung Hun will go from South Korea to Vietnam the same day. They will have a press conference in Hanoi o­ne day later. They will stay at Hanoi ’s Daewoo Hotel.

Kim Tae Hee will leave Vietnam to Hong Kong at 11pm, January 7, while Song Seung Hun will leave Vietnam o­ne day later.

The two artists’ fans in Vietnam are urgently preparing to welcome their idols.

The romantic-comedy “My princess,” which premiered in South Korea in May, is a love story between an ordinary college student named Lee Seol (starred Kim Tae Hee) who suddenly discovers she's a princess and Park Hae Young (starred Song Seung Hun) who is put in charge of educating Seol o­n proper etiquette.

Born in 1980, Kim Tae Hee is known as Korea 's ideal woman for her well-educated background and natural beauty.

She graduated from Seoul National University with a major in Fashion Design.

Starting her career in entertainment as a model and in television commercials, she rose to fame for her role as Han Yoori in the drama series “Stairway to Heaven.”

In 2003, Kim won the Best New Actress award for her role in “Stairway to Heaven” given by Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS). o­ne year later, she received SBS’s Popularity Award for her role as Lee Soo In in the drama “Love Story in Harvard.”

In 2009, she won Korean Broadcasting System (KBS)’s Excellence Award for Actress for her role as Choi Seung Hee in “Iris.”

Kim has also been a spokesperson for popular product brands such as LG, Ohui, Samsung, and Olympus .

Song Seung Hun was born in 1976. He started his career as a model in 1995 and began acting in sitcoms and TV dramas in 1996.

Song has been known for his roles in Korean dramas like “East of Eden,” “Autumn in My Heart” and “Summer Scent.”

He was given the Popularity Award by SBS in 1999 and by KBS o­ne year later.

In 2008, he won the Grand Prize at the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation’s Drama Awards for his role as Lee Dong Chul in “East of Eden.”

In 2009, he was awarded the Talent Division at the 17th Korean Culture Entertainment Awards.

He created his own artist management company in the same year.
