“Kind Heart and Talented – Who are they?” exhibition opens in HCMC

PANO – An eight- day photo exhibition, “Kind Heart and Talented – Who are they?”, took place at the Youth Cultural House at 4 Phạm Ngoc Thach street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on May 2nd to honour talented people in various fields, such as the arts, sport, politics and society.

PANO – An eight- day photo exhibition, “Kind Heart and Talented – Who are they?”, took place at the Youth Cultural House at 4 Phạm Ngoc Thach street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on May 2 nd to honour talented people in various fields, such as the arts, sport, politics and society.

On display are 300 sets of photos taken by photographer Nguyen A with stories about the ups and downs of talented people, including General Vo Nguyen Giap, late musician Trinh Cong Son, Professor Tran Van Khe, Professor Ngo Bao Chau, Musician Pham Duy, to name a few.

Apart from these famous people, Nguyen A also focussed on young people, such as Ho Thi Hieu Hien, the winner of UPU international letter-writing competition 2010 and the winner of the national film-making contest for Vietnamese pupils to mark the 1,000 th anniversary of Thang Long-Ha Noi and Musician Tran Lap, the leader of the Wall Rock Band.

The exhibition is the result of Nguyen A’s efforts over the past three years. He travelled to many Vietnam’s provinces and cities to capture golden moments of these people.
