He signed a three-year contract with Hanoi just last July, and to be released and get an international transfer certificate from Vietnamese football authorities, he had to pay the club VND40 billion (US$1.95 million).
In August the 22-year signed a memorandum of understanding with the Spanish Primera Liga club and was loaned to Sporting Braga of Portugal.
Kayode will stay at Hanoi where he will get a monthly salary of $10,000.
Earlier, he pocketed the transfer fee of $500,000 from Hanoi T&T after becoming a free agent at the end of his contract with Dong Thap.
