Accordingly, the decree guides the implementation of preferential tax for commodities under the group 2710 in the preferential tariff tax section.

The import tax rate of 4 percent was imposed on petrol commodities such as high-end leaded and unleaded petrol; common leaded and unleaded petrol; airplane petrol, white spirit, other spirit; other products to mix petrol, neutral fuel and turbine engine fuel for aviation.
For lubricant products and diesel, import tax was raised from 0 percent to 5 percent. In particular, waste oil products had an import tax rate of 20 percent. Only furnace fuel, including mazut oi, remained unchanged at 0 percent.
The decree took effect on December 28.
