Ho Chi Minh City’s Park Hyatt will partner with a French wine producer to throw an exclusive culinary event next month.
The wines of Château d’Yquem, a unique and unsurpassable rank of Premier Cru Supérieur from the Sauternes, will be the spotlight at the dinner on March 7 at the hotel’s signature restaurant Square One.
A six-course menu with caviar, foie gras, dover sole – a North American flatfish – and a fruit pastry will be designed to complement four different vintage wines on offer.
Renaud Ruer, the brand ambassador, will be available to provide tasting notes and further insight on each of the wines.
The dinner will start at 7:00 pm and cost VND6.3 million++ (US$302) per person.
