(VOV) - Tran Van Phu, an Overseas Vietnamese in France and Chairman Founder of Corèle International group and SCAVI group has won the Cresus Prize for his book Relaunch France and Europe – the voluntary democracy.
The award ceremony was held at the Parliament head quarters in Paris on July 7.
Phu said his key to success was listening to his staff, training them and creating a team spirit in business.
He said that he was greatly inspirited to write the book as he wanted to send a message of strong belief in courage, devotion and openness to young people in France, Europe and Vietnam.
Born in Hue he set foot in France in 1975 and started his business empty handed at the age of 33. His international group now has around 10,000 workers, contributing greatly to the development of Vietnam and Laos.
