The Festival will present 12 films from nine countries: Belgium-Wallonie-Bruxelles, Canada, Chad, France, Ivory Coast, Greece, Morocco, Switzerland and Vietnam, as part of cultural activities on the occasion of International Francophone Day.
In the addition to Mui Co Chay and Tam Hon Me, other films due to be screened during the Festival include ‘On the Sly’ from Belgium-Wallonie-Bruxelles, ‘A Screaming Man’ from Chad, ‘The Illusionist’, ‘In the Beginning’ and ‘The Silence Voices’ from France, ‘Ideal Guy’ from Ivory Coast, ‘Under the Stars’ from Greece, ‘The Big Villa’ from Morocco and ‘Mommy's at the Hairdresser’ from Switzerland.
The screenings will be shown in Hanoi from March 16 - 28 at the L’Espace French Cultural Centre and Hanoi Cinematheque, and from March 16 - April 10 in Ho Chi Minh City.
All films will be shown in French with Vietnamese subtitles. Free tickets are now available from L’Espace on 24 Trang Tien Street, Hanoi or from representative of participants.
