PANO - Adetef, the French Agency for International Technical Assistance under the French Economics-Finance Ministry, is providing training courses on intellectual property and determining fake goods for Vietnamese market managers.
According to the organisers, the training courses will last 2 days: from December 5 th to 7 th in Hue and from December 6 th to 8 th in Hoi An.
Earlier, 4 similar courses were held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in 2009 and 2010.
The training courses will focus on two issues: legal frameworks of intellectual property in Vietnam; and technique and platforms applied to investigations, and lectures will be delivered by both Vietnamese and French experts.
After the courses, the organisers will also give CDs on the content of the training courses to learners.
All of these courses lie within a cooperation programme signed in 2009 between French and Vietnamese competent agencies with the aim to improve trade management abilities for Vietnamese officials.
The organisers said that the programme will continue in 2012 with 6 more training courses that will benefit some 200 Vietnamese learners. Thu Nguyen
