The competition is jointly organized by a Singaporean organizer and Vietnam’s Big Toe hip-hop troupe.

The competition will be held at Hanoi’s Kim Ma Theatre next week and aired on NMC Channel of AVG and over 30 provincial channels.

Nguyen Viet Thanh, leader of Big Toe, says that the competition is named in English “One Love” because the organizing board wants to draw the participation of foreign dancers. So far, more than 100 foreign dancers have registered for competition, including professional and amateur dancers from Southeast Asia, Germany, etc.

The competition will cover all hip-hop categories: B Boy, House, Wackin (individual) và Poppin, Lockin, Hiphop (two-member team).

In the qualifier round, competitors will perform for one minute each. Judges will pick up the best performances for the one vs. one round. The best contestants will enter the Best of the Best to find out the winners.

The jury will include five members, including two from Singapore – Rachel and Chunky, who have won many international hip-hop awards, and three Vietnamese dancers - Silver Monkey, Black Frog and C - Floog.
