The 6-day Panama cultural week, for the first time, has been opened in Hanoi on November 1st by the Panamanian Embassy to Vietnam, in order to celebrate the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the 1,000th Anniversary of Thang Long–Hanoi.
The ongoing event, including various interesting activities, such as photo exhibitions, films and the introduction of Panama’s people, land, and cuisine, will be held at the National Library of Vietnam and the Hanoi Cinematheque.
The week started off with the program ‘Discovering Panama’ on November 1st.
On this occasion, Vietnamese audiences will have an opportunity to watch Panamanian films, to be shown on November 5th and 6th at the Hanoi Cinematheque.
