At that time, fire and smoke embraced at the 1208 apartment’s balcony along with explosion.
Right after receiving the news, Hanoi fire fighting police rushed to the building on 3 vehicles and extinguished the fire within 15 minutes.
The owner of the 1208 apartment, Nguyen Minh Vinh, said there was nobody in the house when the fire broke out.
The fire was suspected to be possibly caused by a short circuit in the air-conditioner which was put at the apartment’s balcony.
