The hanoitimes- FPT Telecom and Viettel Telecom have co-operated with VietUnion to officially launch the electronic wallet Payoo to their customers nationwide

FPT and Viettel subscribers can pay for their on-line services, including ADSL, and post-paid packages by any bank account connected with Payoo at the website www.paybill.com.vn.
The new payment method will help subscribers save time, reduce fees and standardise management procedures for service operators.
