Exhibition on 25 years of Vietnam’s renewal process

200 documents and objects from archive offices and museums, featuring the considerable changes in Vietnam in renovation, development and the integration process will be displayed at an exhibition, “Vietnam – 25 Years of Doi Moi Through Documents”, from December 8th, 2011 to January 5th, 2012 in Hanoi.

200 documents and objects from archive offices and museums, featuring the considerable changes in Vietnam in renovation, development and the integration process will be displayed at an exhibition, “Vietnam – 25 Years of Doi Moi Through Documents”, from December 8 th , 2011 to January 5 th , 2012 in Hanoi.

The event, jointly organised by the Centre for Conservation and Restoration of Archive Materials, the State Records Management and Archive Department of Vietnam, the Archive Department of the Central Party Office, Ho Chi Minh Museum and the National Museum of Military History, aims to mark the 25 th anniversary of renewal process in Vietnam.

Thanks to the results of the renewal process, headed by the Party and great efforts of the entire people and army, the life of Vietnamese people has been greatly improved and the position and the role of Vietnam in the international arena have been promoted.

Besides, the exhibition also aims to raise people’s awareness on the role and the effect of document preservation for nation-building and protection.
