Praying won the Vietnamese journalist Viet Van first prize at the international photo contest Creative Invite.
The contest is organised by the global social networking website Talenthouse (US) and the photography's community ViewBug (US), with the aim of promoting the art and identify new talented photographers. Van, who works for Lao Dong (Labour) newspaper, has been the first and only Vietnamese photographer to have won several prestigious photo contests. He has won the "Prix de la Photographie, Paris" (Px3), Photo Master Cup (UK), International Photography awards (US) and the Pollux Annual Awards of Worldwide Gala Photography Award (UK).
