At around 6:30 pm Nguyen Van Thanh, 29, was checking the Giap Bat to Gia Lam bus at the end of his working day at the Southern Bus Station when he found a bag on the back seat.
He opened it and saw the body inside. He reported to the local police.
The police said the body would be cremated as regulated.
