The producers of Vietnam Television reality show “Dancing with the stars” released Thursday the names of 10 celebrities who will compete in the show together with some foreign dancers.

Earlier they had accepted model Vinh Thuy’s withdrawal from the nationwide broadcast after he sent them a letter saying he would not take part in order to “spend more time and energy to cooperate with investigators over a legal issue.”
He is under investigation for allegedly buying smuggled electronic devices from an Australian-Vietnamese.
The star-studded cast for the show includes singers Thu Minh, Thuy Tien, Phạm Anh Khoa, and Nguyen Vu, actors Huy Khanh, Đai Nghia, and Hua Vi Van, actresses Thanh Thuy and Kim Hien, and model Vu Thu Phuong.
The second season of the show will have 10 episodes screened on VTV3.
It will be filmed mostly in Ho Chi Minh City with two episodes to be made in Vung Tau.
It will be hosted by famous MC Thanh Bach and an unidentified female celebrity and ex-competitor who delivered impressive performances last season.
The broadcast starts April 17.
