PANO – A Dak Lak Provincial delegation, led by Dinh Van Khiet, Deputy-Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited and handed over a new head office to Cambodia’s Mondulkiri Provincial Military Command.
At the meeting, Major-General Mia Nek, Head of the Mondulkiri Provincial Military Command, briefed the delegation on the section’s achievements, advantages and disadvantages over the past years.
Bringing into play the traditional friendship between two nations’ provinces, Dak Lak and Mondulkiri, the Dak Lak People’s Committee drew around VND 1 billion from its local budget for the Dak Lak High Command to build new fences, gates and look-outs for the Mondulkiri Provincial Army Section. After over one month of construction, the structure was put into operation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Svai Sam Ieng, Vice-Governor of Mondulkiri Province, thanked Vietnam’s Province for its practical supports over the past years and believed that friendship between the two provinces would be more steadfast.
