Hanoi’s Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam branch on May 8th announced it will be the lead agent for the Icon4 building following an agreement with Thang long Air Taseco Land (Taseco).
Its role is to deal with clients wishing to relocate to Icon4 building, to collaborate with all third parties and broker agents.
Icon4 Tower has an iconic scene with views over the Thu Le Zoo and stunning views of West Lake, located at an interchange with Kim Ma, De La Thanh-Cau Giay, Thai Ha-Voi Phuc roads.
At the intersection of Kim Ma Street, Icon4 has got access to the city, airport and the west of Hanoi.
After starting construction in 2008 by the Construction and Investment Number 4 Company with investment capital of VND670 billion ($32 million), Icon4 offers a 28 storey building with different commercial space and office for lease functions with 40,000 square metres of space.

Following the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will make formal offer to all agents and meet with all third party/broker agents to explain their roles and fee arrangement.
