First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee President of the State Council Raul Castro Ruz received visiting Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in April 2012.
General Raul Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee and President of the State Council and the Council of Ministers, will pay a four-day official visit to Vietnam.
His visit, starting on July 7, is being made at the invitation of Vietnam ’s Party and State leaders.
