FECON and Japan’s JFE Steel Corporation are embracing each other for development.

FECON, a leading company in providing comprehensive solutions for foundation projects in the construction sector, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan-based JFE Steel Corporation to promote international cooperation in technology research and development.
The cooperation covers two main research matters at create products which can improve the bending resistance, earthquake bearing, load-bearing strength by combining JFE’s steel piles and pre-stressed concrete spun piles manufactured by FECON and developing surveying methods using acoustic topographies technology to be able to create underground maps with high precision and shortened surveying time.
The cooperation is expected to not only bring benefits to FECON, but also contribute to the development of the construction industry. Vietnam has fast-paced construction, but due to limited economic capacity technology development investment faces difficulties.
As a result, the cooperation between domestic enterprises with foreign sources, especially with various development research institutes and economic groups worldwide, is considered a correct direction for innovating domestic technologies.
