VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang on Monday sent a congratulatory message to Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Kyrgyzstan diplomatic relations.
The same occasion, FM Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of congratulations to his Kyrgyz counterpart Ruslan Kazakbaev.
The two countries established diplomatic relations on June 4, 1992.
