According to the National Hydro Metrological Forecasting Center, a cold front is on its way to affect Northern provinces by this afternoon.
Forecasts say that the weather will be cool in daytime and temperatures will drop to below 20 degree Celsius at night and early morning .
By nighttime today, the Gulf of Tonkin will become rough with northwesterly winds blowing to level six, at 39 kilometers an hour.
Meanwhile, it looks like the Southern region will escape the cold front. The weather will remain very hot and dry with temperatures averaging 32-36 degrees Celsius.
