The InterContinental Asiana Saigon has launched its best Clay Pots to gourmets at Yu Chu restaurant. Clay Pot is one of the truly traditional Asian methods of cooking, in which food is slowly cooked to preserve nutritional qualities of the ingredients in each dish. The Yu Chu culinary team offers a range of traditional and contemporary Clay Pots including Vietnamese caramelized chicken drumstick with ginger, Vietnamese braised pork in Clay Pot, braised pork and eggs in coconut juice, and wok fried rice with salted egg, dried shrimp and Chinese sausage. A clay pot dinner is priced at VND388,000 ++ per person.
