The final destination was the cultural center of District 5 where the flower garlands and colored lantern festival took place. Over 900 artists and 19 unicorn dance groups joined this year’s event. Nguyen Tieu, a traditional festival of Chinese people, is held on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month or the full-moon day with many joyful and animated entertainment and ceremonial activities.
