VietNamNet Bridge – Starting from April 2012, ministers will talk about burning issues on a TV show called “Citizens ask – Ministers answer,” on the national TV network (VTV) and on the government’s website.

According to the government office, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has told the government’s website (gov.vn) and the VTV to produce this program together.
The Prime Minister has asked cabinet members to closely cooperate with the two above agencies to implement this show.
"The forum must rely on quality in informing the public on issues related to ministerial responsibilities," the PM said. He said that previous online dialogues between ministers and citizens via the Government website kept the country informed and created a consensus in society.
The show will be aired from five to seven minutes on the government’s information portal and the news program of the VTV every Sunday evening, starting from April.
Chairman of the government office Vu Duc Dam said that the show is being produced. “Each week a minister will answer the people’s questions. The first shows will not be aired live yet,” Dam said.
