On March 23, 2012, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons) held a groundbreaking ceremony for Nha Trang StarCity project at 72-74 Tran Phu, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, Viet Nam. This is the third project of Coteccons in Nha Trang, after two success projects: Hoan Cau Center (at 20 Tran Phu) and Nha Trang Plaza (at 38 Tran Phu).
Earlier, Coteccons co-operated with investors in Ha Noi StarCity project in December 2011. The investors of both projects Ha Noi StarCity and Nha Trang StarCity are Ocean Group and Song Da Construction & Investment JSC.
Nha Trang StarCity project is located on an area of 2,454 m2, includes 21 storeys and 01 basement. Nha Trang StarCity is a complex center with apartments, hotel, trade center, pool, conference rooms, restaurant, spa fitness center, bank, etc.
The basement package will be finished after five months of construction.
