HANOI – CB Richard Ellis Vietnam has been appointed exclusive marketing agent for the Savico Plaza Hanoi, a commercial center project in the northeast of the capital city.
Located on Nguyen Van Linh Street in Long Bien District, Savico Hanoi Joint Stock Co. commenced work on the project in June with a total investment of US$25 million. The project is expected to finish in 2011.
Savico Plaza Hanoi comprises two buildings that will provide over 16,000 square meters for hypermarkets, high-class fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, entertainment centers, cinemas, and food zones. The buildings will be linked with the control center and office space by two bridges.
The project also includes over 30,000 square meters for green coverage, parking and venues for outdoor events and cultural activities. This is a chance for local and international retailers to lease prime commercial space in a region with no shopping centers, said CB Richard Ellis Vietnam’s managing director Richard Leech.
