“Blue Dragon”, a non-governmental organisation, planned to conduct the second trans-Vietnam journey to raise funds for needy children in Vietnam on April 9 th .
Mr. Michael Brosowski, the NGO’s Executive Director said that some 40 participants will travel to Hoi An, Hue and Ho Chi Minh City by motorbike.
Around US$50,000 is expected to be collected during the ten-day journey and will be used to support street children to go back to school, said Mr. Brosowski.
Last year, “Blue Dragon” helped 170 children working in some sweatshops go home. At present, this organisation is training some 400 youngsters in Hanoi.
