Binh Dinh Minerals Company (HoSE: BMC) has announced dissolution of BinhDinh Vietnam Malaysia Minerals Co. (Bimal Co.) as follows:
* Bimal Co. was founded from capital of BIMICO, Kayfour Development Corp Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) and Syarykat Pendorong Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) with USD997,000 of total investment capital. The company was issued the investment license No.1184/GP on April 03, 1998.
* According to the 2009 Annual Report of BIMICO, Bimal Co. would end its operation on April 03, 2010.
* At present, the companies are finishing procedures to end operation of the Bimal Co. In the plan, Bimal Co. will end in the end of 2010.
