Buffet Ganh is a popular Vietnamese food program which has attracted local and international guests for the past 14 years. The program has been introduced in many publications, guidebooks and to visitors in that time.
When we mention the program we have to talk about the Bong Sen Hotel Saigon which is the perfect venue for diners to experience authentic flavors and elegant essence of each dish.
The program was created in
December 1998 to mark the 300th anniversary of the city and is inspired from street vendors, peaceful and rustic cultural features of Saigon and the nation’s fondness for eating snacks.
For lunch, Buffet Ganh has more than 40 selected dishes, including noodles, pan cakes, wrapping dishes, tofu, sweet soups, half-hatched duck eggs and herbal juices. For dinner, revelers will be prepared more seafood, grilled dishes and clams, oysters, chicken, frogs and pigs. There is sugarcane juice to wash it all down.
Guests will indulge in a peaceful space with wooden boats full of tropical fruit with staff in traditional outfits.
Admission is VND156,000++ per guest from Monday to Saturday and VND189,000++ per guest on Sunday for buffet lunch, VND259,000++ from Monday to Thursday and VND299,000++ per guest from Friday to Sunday for buffet dinner.
