Nguyen Van Cuong, chairman of the company, said at a function held at the Park Hyatt Hotel that his first plant in Binh Chanh District was running at full capacity of 120 cubic meters an hour. Therefore, the company will build two more plants of the same capacity, he said.
One new concrete plant was being built in Nha Be District and will put into operation early next year, he said after signing two contracts with Vinkems Chemicals and Nghi Son Cement to buy additives and cement from these two companies.
The third plant will be built in the city’s District 2 next year, said Nguyen Van Nam, general director of the company. The company spends VND38 billion on the second factory, but the cost for the third plant will be VND78 billion for the first stage, Nam told the Daily.
The third plant, whose capacity can be further expanded upon demand, will start operation in the middle of next year, Nam said.
Besides, early next year, the company will also operate a factory producing block bricks in the city’s Binh Chanh District with an hourly capacity of 1,800 units. Currently, an automatic production line of Siemens is being installed at the factory at a cost of 1.3 million euro.
