PANO – An artistic program, themed “Affectionate words – Adding more wings to dreams”, took place at 2/4 square in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province on August 10th in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Agent Orange disaster in Vietnam.
The event, jointly organised by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of the victims of Agent Orange, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union Committee and GTO Communication Joint-Venture Company, left deep impressions on thousands of people in the audience.
Through the art performances, audiences came to understand more about the difficult life and sufferings of physical and mental pains of the victims of Agent Orange .
At the program, Associate Professor Nguyen The Luc, a representative of Vietnam Association of the Victims of Agent Orange, also called upon community to help AO victims by simple things such as “affectionate words to add more wings to their dreams”.
Also on the occasion, the organising panel announced the prizes of a drawing contest, themed “Our dreams for AO victims” and received more than VND 1.3 billion from benefactors.
