American Food Fest at Hotel Equatorial HCMC
On American Independence Day (July 4), the hotel Equatorial HCMC runs a lavish American Food Fest at the two rewarding restaurants Chit Chat and Orientica from July 1 to 15. The event has the support and cooperation from the HCMC office of U.S. Department of Agriculture, Seafood Export USA, Washington Apple Commission, United Base Company and U.S. Potato Board.
Chit Chat at the Cafe restaurant has an American buffet dinner showcasing U.S. seafood, beef and potatoes priced at VND760,000 ++ per person including a free flow of champagne, beer, white/red wine and soft drinks. Half price will apply for children from 6 to 12 years of age and kids under 6 will eat for free. The restaurant will be decorated with symbols reflecting American culture such as Pink Flamingos, Statue of Liberty and the Eagle. There’s also a special Kids’ Zone.
An American seafood fest will take place at the Orientica Seafood Restaurant on level 2 of the hotel offering diners a lavish lunch or dinner presenting the best of U.S. seafood including a selection of American Lobster and Atlantic Sea Scallops.
