A program, entitled ““Actions for the right of consumers”, organised by the Hanoi Provincial People’s Committee and chaired by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade , will be launched in Hanoi from March 1st to July 31st, 2011 with various activities.
Accordingly, exchanges will be held in order to help consumers have a deeper understanding about their rights as well as about consumer protection law.
In the framework of the program, with total cost of around VND 2.5 billion, activities such as celebration of the World Consumers’ Rights Day on March 15th, “selling week for consumers” 2011, “purchasing goods via mobile phone” and the 2011 Vietnamese Enterprises’ Fair for Consumers will be held.
