Smartlink Card Services Joint Stock Co has announced that Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Bac A Bank) and Malaysian-owned Hong Leong Bank Vietnam have linked their ATMs to its Smartlink ATM network.
Cardholders of the two banks can now use more than 5,500 ATMs belonging to the network which also includes Vietcombank, Techcombank, VIBank, Military Bank, Asia Commercial Bank, and Vietnam Eximbank among others.
Hong Leong Bank said it is the first foreign bank in Vietnam to offer several services free of charge through the Smartlink network.
Hong Leong Bank Vietnam Ltd began operations in Ho Chi Minh City in October 2009.
