The carrier measures 104 metres long, 16.4 metres wide, and 8.4 metres high with a load capacity of 4,900 tonnes.
It has a 4,000 KW main engine with a pipe system to keep the liquefied gas at -180o Celsius.
‘Excalibur’ is the second in a series of three liquefied gas carriers to be built and delivered to Italian customers.
The tanker was built in line with modern technical standards under the supervision of the Rina Register of Italy.
