(CPV) - A delegation of 15 French companies is participating in the oil and gas exhibition in Hanoi during October 25-29, said the French Embassy in Vietnam.
This participation is expected to strengthening the bilateral relations between the two nation’s entities and companies in this sector, as well as developing sustainable partnerships, commercial, industrial and technological cooperation.
The French companies are ACTIMAR, AIRMEEX, CLS, DRILLSTAR INDUSTRIES, FCE - FLUID CONTRÔLE EUROPE, INATIS PROJECT CONSULTING, LAFON, MAREAL, PRINCIPIA, PERENCO, RB TECHNOLOGIES, SICA, ARTELIA-SOGREAH, SPIE OIL&GAS SERVICES and VEOLIA. These companies will get the opportunity to increase their understanding of the current issues and Vietnam’s policies in the oil and gas sector, the key projects and how they can take part in these projects as foreign suppliers and investors.

Aslo according to the Embassy, these companies, whose experience and know how are internationally known, will also have the opportunity, through around 120 Business to Business (B2B) meetings during the event, to submit to Vietnamese counterparts and policy makers their offers of advanced technologies, equipment and services.
The mission is also supported by the Vietnam national oil and gas group and the General Directorate for Energy under the Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Currently, the oil and gas sector plays a key role in the Vietnam’s economy. Therefore, Vietnam, a crude oil-exporting country, has an increasing demand for oil refined products./.
