‘I Am Gifted, So Are You’ by Adam Khoo and Gary Lee and translators Tran Dang Khoa and Uong Xuan Vy won first prize at Fahasa award, launched for the first time among local readers from August 5 last year to March 7.
‘Doraemon’ by Fujiko Fujio and Kim Dong Publishing House translators and Kinh doanh theo mang-Nghe tuong lai (Online Business-Future Jobs) by Tran Trung Kien came second. According to the organizers, the voting attracted over 15,000 supporters in the country.
Scooping the third awards were ‘Detective Conan’ by Gosho Aoyama and Kim Dong Publishing House translators and ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’ by Dale Carnegie and First News translators besides five other consolation prizes.
The competition included a first prize worth VND20 million, two second prizes worth VND15 million each. There were also two third prizes and five consolation awards worth VND10 million and VND5 million each respectively.
