Hotels and restaurants in HCMC under management of the Liberty Corporation have launched many attractive food programs and promotions.

Liberty Central Hotel, 177-179 Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1

To welcome the first F1 roadshow to Vietnam, the hotel’s Bistro Coffee Lounge introduces a new drink called F1 Flaming. With a passionate flavor of heavy wine together with the interesting experience of seeing an F1 car, guests will wish they were at the Sepang race circuit in Malaysia.

The Central Restaurant also serves many tasty dishes of Singaporean lobsters.

Que Huong-Liberty 2 Hotel, 129-133 Ham Nghi Street in District 1

The Champagne Restaurant welcomes revelers with summer program ‘Exploring hotpot flavor’ with a wide range of hotpots such as fish heads hotpot with soya cheese, thoi loi fish hot pot with trai ban (crabapple mangrove), lang fish hotpot with star fruit and fermented rice. The sour taste of fermented rice, crabapple or star fruit mixed with the sweetness of fish and many kinds of vegetable will bring to gourmets a tremendous dining experience. On weekends, guests will be discounted 30% on hotpots and given a bottle of wine at the restaurant.

Que Huong-Libery 4, 265 Pham Ngu Lao Street, District 1

Enjoying the buffet on level nine of the hotel, guests will have a chance to get an Ipad New or a voucher to relax at Madagui Eco-tourism Park. The buffet is priced at VND169,000 per adult, VND89,000 per child.
