To celebrate French National Day, the Sofitel Saigon Plaza presents a special menu prepared by reputable Executive Chef Tjaco van Eijken.
In Olivier restaurant, van Eijken will take customers on a journey to Paris with his signature dishes. From Eggs meurette, a popular dish in French cuisine, to Lamb chops ‘Parisian’ style with strong spices and irresistible desert Mille-feuilles with strawberries and vanilla. The three-course set menu is VND585,000++ for lunch and dinner.
In Cafe Rivoli restaurant, a buffet will be served for this special occasion featuring Foie gras, Beef bourguignon, Crepe suzette, Pink praline cake and Choux. It is available from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., priced at VND850,000++ for adults, including a free flow of wine, beer and soft drinks. Children from 6 to 12 will enjoy a special price of VND425,000++ and the meal is free for children under the age of six.
