Vietnam condemns all sorts of terrorism targeting innocent civilians, said Vietnamese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Luong Thanh Nghi.

Spokesman Nghi made the statement on July 20 while answering reporters’ questions on Vietnam s reaction to the terrorist attack on civilians in Bulgaria.

He said, “We would like to convey our condolences to the Israeli and Bulgarian Governments as well as families of the victims. The culprits of the aforementioned crime must be strictly punished.”
